Pregnancy Yoga and Mother and Baby Yoga

Exciting news! In addition to my pregnancy yoga classes, I will be starting a mother and baby yoga class in the next few weeks. It will be on a Friday morning. Moms can come along with their babies once they are 6 weeks postpartum. It's a great way to get back in shape after birth and give yourself some needed time-out. It's also a great way to connect with your baby. There is nothing quite like doing yoga with your baby at your side. And you get the bonus of meeting up and sharing with other Moms. You are also welcome to come without your baby. Whatever works for you. Give me a ring or check the timetable for starting dates. Namaste
